Nutrition Challenge

Stop following strict diet methods.

Start building sustainable habits.

Challenge starts March 2nd - 11th 2025.

This 10-day challenge is designed to help you examine your current food choices, break through barriers, and create a personalized action plan that works for you—all for just $10!

Unlike traditional nutrition challenges that follow strict methods—like tracking macros, eliminating certain foods, or sticking to a rigid diet—this challenge is all about flexibility and sustainability. Many short-term challenges help us feel better, but once they end, we often return to old habits. This challenge is different. Our goal is to help you understand your own behaviors, identify what truly works for you, and build habits that last beyond these 10 days.

You’ll have the freedom to set your own focus. Your challenge can be as simple as drinking a glass of water each day, or as structured as ensuring every meal includes protein, vegetables, and fruit. You may decide to limit ultra-processed foods or work on mindful eating—it’s all about what supports your long-term success.

Throughout the challenge, you’ll have the support of a like-minded community and personal guidance to help you overcome obstacles, shift your mindset, and give yourself permission to prioritize your health in a way that feels right for you.
