Henry Mercier, MS, ATC

 
  • Henry has a strong background in sports medicine and enjoys working with athletes of all ages. Through graduate school at Illinois State University and actively coaching fitness classes at Threshold Training, he recognized his passion for empowering others with the education and tools to succeed in their life or sport. These experiences have helped shape how he integrates training and learning within rehabilitation to help patients reach their desired goals.

Casey Baczewski, DPT

 
  • Casey has a special interest in sports orthopedic rehabilitation and injury reduction strategies for active individuals of any age. She has prior experience instructing CrossFit classes and currently coaches fitness classes at Threshold Training. She holds numerous certifications for Olympic weightlifting and gymnastic-based movements. Since the birth of her daughters, she also has a special interest in helping women remain active during their pregnancy and provide guidance on return to exercise and training post-partum. In her free time, Casey enjoys sharing her enthusiasm for exercise and food with friends and family.
