Our training programs are all designed to support your passions and current fitness level. We offer a variety of generalized programs that incorporate current best practices for healthy progression and recovery as well as custom programming to get you the targeted results you want.

1 on 1 Personal Training

  • If you’re ready to focus on improving your fitness and looking for support, 1-on-1 personal training might be the best option for you.

    Held at one of our clinics, a movement specialist will coach you through your custom workouts, providing modifications, support, and exercise cues to help you feel confident and strong each training session.

  • To get started, request an appointment for your initial consultation. Please include any scheduling requirements or training preferences so we can place you with the best coach for your training.

  • $90 per personal training session.

    You can use your HSA or FSA but this discounted rate is not covered by insurance.

    Specialty bulk packages or seasonal promotion rates will be shared with you at your consultation if available.

  • If you like the structure of following a guided workout routine and the flexibility to workout on your own time or at your favorite gym, remote programming is the option for you.

    Certified coaches will customize your workout program to help you meet your unique goals with the exercise equipment you have available.

    *A popular option for those who have completed their allotted physical therapy plan of care and are looking to maintain or rebuild strength. Or, individuals with specific training goals such as competing at a race/competition or passing a fitness test.

  • We offer our custom remote programming through True Coach.

    All programs are delivered electronically and will include exercise videos, instructions, set and rep ranges, and specialty guidance.

    You can complete your workout in the flexibility of your favorite exercise space at whatever time works best for you.

    Track your workouts and include notes and questions directly in the app to review with your personal coach.

  • $200/month.

    You can use your FSA or HSA funds to cover the cost of these programs.

    **Local Remote training clients can opt-in to a one-on-one In-person personal training session/month. Ask your coach for specific details.

Program Optimization

  • If you love your exercise activity - whether that’s a class, adventure sport, or alternative exercise program we can make it work for you.

    Our Program Optimization option will empower you to keep taking the class you love and following along to your favorite style of fitness with modifications to individualize exercises and elicit the response you need to meet your specific fitness goals or reduced the risk re-injury.

  • After sharing your workout with a Lifestyle Athlete provider, they will substitute exercises that are not best for your body with a better alternative.

    Our coaches are skilled in exercise modification and will choose exercises that help you achieve your program results and maintain the energy and style you already love.

    If you’d like your program optimization as soon as possible, please submit your current programming along with your consultation request.

  • Program Optimization is available for $120 per month.
