Gymnastics Series - Pulling Strength Program
The gymnastics strength program is specifically designed to enhance your strength to perform pull-ups & T2B.
The program provides 6 weeks of progressive strength pieces to be performed 3x/week in addition to your regular training or daily workout.
Recommended Pre-requisites: None!
The program can be scaled up and down based on your current ability to perform strict pull-ups, T2B, and core strength.

Are there any pre-requisites?
No! This program is accessible for all levels and abilities.
Do I need any equipment?
Yes. You will need access to a pull-up bar, barbell and plates, squat stand or rig, med-ball, boxes, rings, and bands. If not able to access part of this equipment list, please contact us to assist in providing modifications.
What if I have a prior or current injury?
Talk to your medical provider about starting this exercise program to determine if it’s appropriate for you. They may also look at the program and discuss modifications as needed based on your individual condition.
